The felt
Many people fall in love with the felt but you have to take care of it! It is a very rewarding fabric and perfect background for our colour embroideries. We use this felt to sew our bags . It is typical for this material to have fluffs in some places due to wear and tear. The fluff should not surprise you as the wool is the main composition. You can treat your bag the same way as you would treat your sweater – by using clothes shavers. From our own experience, we know that the clothes shavers with cable gives you better effects than the battery-operated ones. For simplicity please click on link below and see different types of clothes shavers available: http://www.twenga.pl/dir-AGD,Prasowanie-i-szycie,Golarka-do-ubran .
Felt is an ideal material for all weathers. For many years it has been used for warming in winter days. During winter, the bigger the bag the better as it will protect you from a blast of wind or it will keep your knees warm while waiting for a bus. The snow and the rain stays on the surface and can be brushed off by hand. Today, no holds barred and the modern fashion puts together silk dresses and heavy sweaters or shoes with itself. The felt handbag can be worn in summer and doesn’t surprise anyone, it’s multicoloured embroidery fits perfectly into the colours of summer. If you need to wash the bag then we suggest you give it to a dry cleaner.
The leather
We use top quality, colourful leather that comes from Italian factories, which supply the best designers in the world. The leather is brave, surprising with its colours and texture. Our SHIC collection is made from this leather.
The artificial fur
The artificial fur is also top quality and it feels and looks like real fur. It comes in short and long hair, colourful and toned down. It is the hit of autumn-winter 2010 – 2011season.
JEWELLERY
The jewellery is designed by Małgo and is her own original projects. For years she has made unique individual pieces. She learnt and practiced at the Dutch designer of jewellery in Amsterdam named Roos. It was Roos who introduced Malgo to the world of silver and taught to solder and how to recognize natural stones. Every piece of jewellery is unique. The jewellery rises the need to share it’s beauty. Projects are very feminine and the designer also creates individual orders, mainly for wedding jewellery and ornaments for hair and veils.
The stones which are used in the collection come mainly from Amsterdam. There you can get real unique stones with an excellent cut. Amsterdam attracts buyers from around the world and is an inspiration for the artist. The time Malgo spent there had the intense influence on her artistic work. It taught her the distance to fashion and the easiness of mixing up styles. Some of her projects are perfect for evening gowns. Malgo insists and advises all her clients that you can wear elegant jewellery every day. She brought this custom from Amsterdam where women are not afraid to match elegant jewellery with daily outfit.
All GOSHICO products are hand made.
